Hey guys new here. 23 yr young Bass fisherman in a 15 ft alum. Canoe. Classy i know.
Took my little cousin up this weekend to the two ponds mentioned. Tried some jerks about 50-100 ft from shore A senko here and there in what little weeds and lillies are there. Went deeper in the center and tried some deep diving crankers off the bottoms with little to no action. I know its early but I usually have goo luck st dog pond.
Switched to a bobber an live bait for a foolproof after noon of perch and sunnys which made the kid happy. And even caught myself grinning at a few i caught.
Im off of work currently so im just itching to get this season started with something mentionable. Anyone NW ct wanna fish lemme know. _________________ Generic catchy fishing slogan here.
