I am having trouble finding little ponds to fish. I have a couple but nothing too exciting, I am trying to find a couple smaller ponds in Eastern CT. If anyone could help me out with that, it would be appreciated!!! Thanks

Just take rides around on back roads. Eastern CT is LOADED with small ponds. Also use Google Maps to locate good looking ones. If it looks to be on someone's property either keep moving or ask permission.

Wait until after Saturday, April 20, at 6:00 am, to try this, though. Wink Laughing

Haha yes true. 2 of the ponds we have stopped at and fished are closed until Opening Day. Also, figuring out the name of these ponds (if any exists) can be very difficult.

Mac A Moodus. SP has three small ponds and you can fish them now. Fishing is not to bad there, and has plenty of parking spaces. It is owned by the state and has bass in all three ponds.
