| Hit it up after lunch, water temp was 52, I cought one 2lb lmb at about 430 on black spinnerbait, no other bass, a buddy with me cought a bluegill and a crappie soon after, |

Does anyone know what the deal is with needing a permit to fish herr. I found different answers. Is there set times that the gate is open. I live like 20 mins away in meriden and wanted to try it in my kayak. Thanks gor any info.
