Took the family out fishing today, hit up Gurley Pond
Only landed pickeral all last season here and didnt have high hopes
The kids had fun throwing rocks and watching Mom reel in 4 trout in 7 minutes
Strike King Bitsy Minnow for the win!
Was unsure of the rules, didnt think much of not being able to fish here before opening day - dont think its a pond that gets stocked
gotta brush up on where i can and cannot fish these next few days
all trout returned to swim again! |
