I'm a bass angler by trade but would love to get after some trout. I live in new Britain and am curious if anyone has any good spots they'd like to share. I'm looking to use light spinning tackle so if anyone has any spots or tips they'd like to like to share I'd greatly appreciate it. |

Trout stocking maps fro CT can be found here.
http://www.ct.gov/deep/cwp/view.asp?a=2696&q=467456&deepNav_GID=1632
They are a good guide but I do find the stocking locations may vary some based on the year, water levels, etc. The CT DEEP weekly online fishing reports are also a great resource and you can find out when the waters have been stocked both in spring and fall.
Other lakes, ponds, trout parks can be found in the anglers guide as suggested. Some of these waters hold trout throughout the year. |
