Hi,
Yup ! ..... Had to go to Hartford today, for a doctor's appointment.
Decided to come back to Winsted via Mountain Rd. (Rt 168)/ Rt. 10 at. 2:00 PM today !
Hit the narrows and could see, even with it snowing, that Congamond was mostly all OPEN WATER ! 
Only a little skim ice showing in small coves.
Tomorrows higher winds will likely kill that !
