Started earlier than last time and hit the same spots as reported on Monday.

First stop was Cedar Creek around 3pm. Decided to bring my Wild River setup instead of the Premium Surf so I could get better distance with medium sized lures and knowing the bigger fish weren't around.

Lures I tried throwing were a chrome Skitter Pop SP-9, original pearl shad Flat Rap FLR-10, and purpledescent Shallow Shad Rap SSR-9. Was seeing a few breaks farther up but an idiot fisherman on his boat was trolling and went into the fish which scared them. Once that happened, I headed over to the old boat ramp at Seaside Park facing Black Rock Harbor.

Had one of those tail swipes on the SP-9 but nothing else.

Next was the Fayerweather Island jetty. Sea robins were swirling on the surface in the sandy flats facing the beach. Tried throwing the SP-9 and FLR-10 for a bit but never got a hit. Continued all the way out to the lighthouse on the Black Rock Harbor side. Had a few swirls, 1 explosion, and landed a small schoolie. Also saw a few flashes when I'd get the SP-9 closer to shore.

On the way back to shore, I saw that school of bunker jumping out of the water again for no more than 30 seconds at the same spot as last time.

Headed over to Remington to find the usual there throwing topwater. He had already landed a taylor and said others were chunking while it was still light out and were landing taylors. I was able to get the SP-9 out there to the fish but they wouldn't hit. Other lures I tried throwing in the area included flake blue Max Rap MXR-13, purple gold Clackin Rap CNR-7, spotted minnow Saltwater X-Rap SXR-10, original pearl shad Flat Rap FLR-10, and purpledescent Shallow Shad Rap SSR-9. Had 1 hit on the FLR-10 which gave me some slack when the fish hit.

Hit the road around 7pm.
