After hardly anything at Bunnells Pond, I headed down to the Wonderland of Ice. The lure I stuck with was my trusty glass minnow HJ-6.

One spot had 1 hit. Another spot had what seemed to be small largemouths chasing it and hitting it.

Then I went to Glenwood Park on the lower freshwater tidal section. I was there last week and saw no action thinking the largemouths, crappie, stripers, and whites cleaned it. This time I smelled it and saw the bait.

Started off catching 3 chubby largemouths no bigger than 10". Lost a few that spit the hook. As sunset got closer, the stripers turned on. I caught 2 and had numerous hits.

Then things quieted down once a nosy kid came along asking if I was catching anything. He wouldn't leave me alone and told him to go see his parents, who he said were at hockey practice with his brother. I still wasn't catching anything while he was bugging me. Finally once I got him to leave I caught 1 more short striper before hitting the road around 8pm.
