Out of stock as always on the DEP store.
Does this book always demand a price of $200 on Amazon and ebay?

Amazon/eBay sellers usually have software that looks at the demand and price of other sellers and the number of other sales. Since there are few for sale, sales volume is low, number of sellers is low, the software is determining that its a rare item and pricing it as such. Just give it time; as the time increases without sales, the cheaper the item gets.

P.S.: I've bought well over 200-300 items through Amazon marketplace and this is standard practice; you've just gotta wait it out (or wait until the DEEP reprints!)
