Went to the usual spot.(Malone pond)AKA. Pine lake.
Spent about an hour and a half throwing a Spook Jr i had but ,not used yet.
Color was "Speckled Trout." I removed the tail hook and tossed out over the algae and weed ring that now surrounds most of the place.
On the fifth cast i caught this small one.
Then lost 2 in the edge of the weeds.
I moved to another semi clear spot off a point and...
After moving around and loosing 6 more in the weeds .I finally pulled this one through.Biggest of the night.
