From bells to cheap small door magnet door alarms....
What do you use or what have you seen used
Unless you are near a flag or watching them well you do have a chance at missing a flag and the fish on the line.
Some people enjoy the use of some type of alarm.
I do not yet but, hope to think of a good way to set them up
Please use this thread for ideas, suggestions, pictures, and safe links on how to and where to find alarms (alerts) for when your tip up flag goes up.

Hi phs!
Your going to get a kick out of this 
Made, last year, 2 mini versions of a slammer for short ice fishing rods.
Got 2 of those singing cards you can buy at the Halmark store!
Took the singing part out and rigged one to each slammer!
One of the slammers plays the "Hampster Song" when tripped
And other plays "Who let the Dogs Loose" when tripped
Had a couple of guys talking with me last year when the "Dog" one tripped and started playing.
The look on those guys faces was precious 
What a riot !!!!!!!!!

Here is another one, that is still in "TEST" mode.
Take those glow stick things, crack em, and pour that goo on your flags.
When they pop, they glow.
We haven't fished much beyond dark, so I don't know how long the glow actually lasts...
