hit the POND today got a late start with all the rain - but we were on the water as the rain was stopping - (LOL) not used to going up the hill and forking out the $'s but that's OK! - water temps were at 70 - and we were thinking largemouth - SURPRISE - smallies and plenty of them and some MONSTERS to boot! - top water and worms! -- we saw some BIG carp on the weed beds sucking in flies! i tried with the fly rod but NO TAKERS! -- we had a good day!  |
