My aunt that lives in Alaska just sent over about 50 pounds or so of Coho Salmon..some nice BIG fish!
Thought it was fitting that today I grill some up. Took some giant fillets and brushed some olive oil on some tin foil. Sprinkled salt, pepper, garlic powder, and threw them on the grill. Splashed some lemon juice and butter on it while it was cooking.
To go along with em I took some fresh corn on the cob, brushed them with olive oil - and seasoned them also with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Wrapped em up and grilled them with too..
