Fished last three evenings slowly bouncing 1/8 ounce jig heads with 4 and 5 inch flukes in windsor locks area of ct river. one fish pushed 26 inches but most in the 21 - 23 inch range. landed about 3 each evening and missed a few. have piks need help posting. And are any of you aware of vouchers you can obtain to keep fish between 22-27 inches? |

no main river. and i like that voucher program keep the smaller tastier fish and let the big ones breed |
