Plopplop, myself and a soon to be new member, for now we'll call him Sunday soccer mom...... went to Guilford on Saturday to try to get soccer mom his first Porgy. Well there was many firsts for him and this recently converted sweet water fisherman was high hook with countless porgies, some seabass, a very nice fluke and last but not least a 6lb blackfish caught on squid. Pics will follow tomorrow.

Hi Mud...... The conversion to the dark side is not yet complete....He had the opportunity to run down to the canyons with us on Sunday but....."I can't I have to play women's Badmitten or field hockey or soccer or some other girlie sport... tomorrow morning I can't go". My brother and i will pound the freshwater Sass right out of him and turn him into a man yet.

No not yet.
I hear reports of them popping up here and there but in no big number.
they are driving me nuts.
I found some in norwalk on saturday while doing a boat delevery but thats a long run

We saw some to the east on Saturday but again not the numbers we're looking for and the blufish were pounding what few were there.We got spoiled for a couple of months....it was automatic. I have 60 or 70 in the freezer i used some Saturday and they were still really hard and slimy when they thawed if you need some let me know.

Oh yeah..... she has thick creamy cottage cheese like thighs and goes by her stage name, Boston Creme Bandit. Don't worry you'll get your dozen.....and jellystick straightened out all in one shot.
