Made 1st fishing trip of year to Weekapaug on Father's day. It felt like October with rain, east wind, and cold. We caught 3, just barely keepers, in 5 hours. There must be fish there because 7 draggers were fishing in 60 to 80 ft of water just off the beach. I know the porgies are there because we saw a lot of them floating. _________________ Ed |

The draggers suck, they are the reason Fluke fishing sucks in Connecticut. My brother and I can normally hit our spot and limit out on Fluke but not this year.
