| its a fairly small reel. used it for porgy, fluke and even blues and schoolies. its not much of a bait fishing reel. i usually would use a small bucktail or jighead with a mummichug bouncing it off the bottom on a small boat or kayak. you can drop a small chunck or even live minnow down there. it doesnt have an alarm because its not really for large fish |
