LMAO... so essentially I need to bring a flame thrower.... 
What kind of snakes are you seeing? Water snakes?
I dislike snakes considerably but at long as its not infested with copperheads or timber rattlers (the two venomous species) I am willing to endure them.... I have the CT snake guide pdf on my iphone and website so I can easily identify them... I was fishing next to a watersnake the other day and almost stepped on a four foot black racer......it was sunning and I wasn't paying attention (too many brews)....
At any rate, I'll let my fishing partner take the lead on this one (I'm such a nice guy!) We may give it a shot Tuesday morning depending on how our schedules and the weather line up....
Is 15lb braid sufficient?
And I'll trade the xanax for a 12 pack of courage and a hat with a mesh head net  |
