Thx icefishingnewbie! Smile

Moral support always helps - even if one doesn't totally see eye-to-eye on one's intentions, it's always good to support one's cause.

As quoted from one of my favorite movies....
"The only things you regret in life are the risks you don't take" - (Ann Margret - Grumpy Old Men)

I like the idea. It's just like Olive Garden. However, it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to develop a rough prototype. Don't you know anyone with a basic grasp on electronics?

I have a manufacturer who can develop the prototype - this is where I need the funds to do this. Then it can be presented to investors. I'm hoping this tournament I want to coordinate will help with it - I need 50% of the invoiced amount to "start it" and the balance due when it's done.

I submitted my application for a derby (StrikeMate IceFest Fundrfaising Derby) with the state of CT and (upon approval) seek volunteers to assist with the event.

As soon as it's approved, I can provide more details, but ask that if you're interested, to please let me know and I will notify you upon the state's approval.

Any and all help I can get would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I don't know sheet about ice fishing. Where I grew up, if there ever was ice, you'd better have worn a life jacket if you ventured out on it. Looks like a good excuse for guys to sit on their asses and drink. Count me in! That being case, who the hell wants to get up and walk half way across a pond to check a flag? Good luck Bruce!
