i hear that senko bandit!!!!! bantam is the best lake in the state so far for me. i haven't fished too too many lakes yet. but i have fished enough to know that bantam is awesome!!!! every time i have been there we have caught decent fish. whether it's pike we're going after or bass.
waking up for a bass tourney with 2 hrs. sleep= ridiculous
driving 1 and a half hrs. at 3:30 a.m.= also ridiculous
doing all of this knowing we're fishing against chuckc= partly insane
having the chance to catch your personal best during a tourney at bantam= priceless!!!!!!
and Just4fun i think the only thing better than fishing with two hours sleep is fishing with no sleep. |

If it makes you guys feel better I'm getting up Sunday at 3am and driving 16 hours to southern Georgia! This CTFT tourney will be my last trip in CT until I fly back in September to fish a tournament. After that, no more CT fishing! |

Mike, I'm heading down to South Carolina in 2 weeks. Yes, It's going to be hard pulling the boat out in February. _________________ "Men and fish are alike. They both get into trouble when they open their mouths." - Jimmy D Moore |

I'm moving to the coastline first, in Darien, an hour and a half north or so of Jacksonville, FL. I will spend January through May in Athens at the University oF Georgia, near Lake Lanier, Hartwell, Russell and Clarks Hill.
FIsh head, whereabouts in SC? |

I thought about it, but probably not. The parking is tight up there and the DEP likes a quick turn around on the launch. |
