Yesterday afternoon I had a little time at the end of my day so I stopped at Black Pond in Middlefield to do a little paper work. Just sitting there and here comes a guy with a full stringer of trout. Nice day right? Well the guy proceeds to go to his truck and empty the stringer, and then gose back to fishing again.
Well I call the Tip Hotline 4 times and just got a busy signal. What can be done about these greedy *&^%&*##$.  |

Take down his liscence plate and keep tryin till u get through and
let the air out of his tires so u have time to get through and file your complaint.
