Hi Guys!
Well you couldn't have asked for a better day to go icefishing
Sunny, temp. 42, wind 5mph and plenty of ice (18 inches).
Went up to Littleville Lake, Ma. today.
Ran into a friend.
Had 9 guys sitting around in a big circle and fishing for smelts.
Great day, great company, lots of kidding and laughs.
Enjoyed myself thoroughly.
Went home a dusk with about 5 dozen smelt in my bucket.
Going to have a great smelt fry tomorrow
Best regards,

Hey Sea Dog - -
Can you help me out with where on Littleville you found the smelt? Also,
how deep you were fishing. Trying to go this weekend for my son's birthday. He has been fired up for smelting and we have not had much success this year.
Thank you. |
