hahahha who the fuck do you think you are? ooooh you know how to fish humps...oh my ass, you should be on bassmaster because you don't use senkos, oohhhhhhh I use lommis rods I must be fucking god, FLIPPING is easier than throwing a stupid senko, get gripp and no one cares if u have a lommis rod... u prlly cant cast it for shit

haha you my friend are a tool. What the hell are you even talking about. A senko is perfect for an amateur fisherman and thats why so many people use it. Flipping is A LOT harder than throwing a senko.
Thanks im sure ur a real toolbag urself...and where did I say what class of fisherman a senko is best for??

Agree with x182dan flipping is much harder but much more rewarding than chucking a senko. I still to this day have not thrown a senko I don't have the patience. Maybe my flipping coach had something to do with that Laughing
I highly disagree...also how would you know if you just stated that you've never thrown a senko?? idiot... I throw jigs almost as much as anything else, you pitch it at some type of structure, pick it up one or twice and throw it onto the next piece of cover EASYYYYYY

I've fished as a non-boater with senko chuckers and 80% of the bass they catch are shorts. That doesn't happen when you flip so there's no point in trying..

Gotta agree with Peco but Flippy your all right in my book! "Mothball" I gotta use that one at work!

I flip jigs, senko's, drop shot, top water, spinner bait and still Carolina Rig worms. Catch fish on them all. I prefer to be versatile. My skills are still in the learning stage but I have produced some really nice fish with all of the above. I have picts if "really needed." I know how some are about proof.

My low level club tourney theory is this. Get five keepers in the boat as soon as possible then worry about the quality. More often than not I'm coming back with a weight that will keep above most. Not always but most often. When your total weight for the year counts quantity is important. Once I have my limit, then I start going for quality.

First of all,, NFW,, I will be wearing my rhinestone thong for you on Sunday,,LOL,,Carl, I have nothing against you or anybody,,Your theories on tourny fishing are dead on,Get 5 then go for the gusto,,even though sometimes your better off using what you got your limit with,, we have all been through that,, I have another theory you should hold in the back of your head,,,Dont leave fish to find fish,,I have made that mistake alot,,LOL,, Tournys get stressful,, but just keep your line in the water,,Most times it just takes that kicker to win it,,All these lakes that you will be fishing with your club will change daily weekly and yearly,,I used to prefish with bigger tournys then a cold front would come through and change everything,,fish would pull back and be deeper or relating to something different,,every time you catch a fish,, stop and think about where and why that fish was there,, try to build a pattern,, most guys catch a fish and dont think about how or why,, they just throw their fish in the livewell and start chucking,, we are all guilty of that,,LOL,,or when I was younger I would be throwing a jig or other bait bringing it to the boat after dragging it then see a nice fish chasing it,,they are maybe telling you they want a faster moving bait,, or they are teasing you..LOL,,Clubs are a great way to learn,,and you will always learn,,but so does everybody,,its all who figures out the fish,,or gets lucky,, Like I said,, I have no bad vibes with you,,This is all harmless,,But anytime you want to wet a line let me know,, Im always game,, Heck we can even get Phil to join us,,Hes got to work on his flippin,,LOL,, we can fix that,,LOL,, And yes I do favor science !! Thumbs Up

It's kinda hard to flip out of a kayak while your pedaling!

It's all in fun! Was actually entertaining and funny! But I gotta say, You Couldn't Have Hit The Nail Harder On The Head Than That Last post! I fish for fun and if I win great! If I don't it sure as hell beats being at my job! Flip! We actually did cross paths I believe at Bantam not long ago. You have the Strat!

Be more than happy to get together with you and Peco for some lessons and laughs. We have enough boats between us LOL. I'm sure Pecos write up and picts would be very entertaining. Imagine Phil with a 2" Perch on a 3/4oz Jig!

I'm at the end of my career so I have some time to use! With a few days notice I can arrange a day or two that will fit your schedule. We should get a CTF event together before the end of the year. I'll take a non boater member along.

I'm planning Bantam on Wednesday. Should be there early morning till about 2pm.

One of the reasons I joined a small club is the opportunity to get interested non boaters on the water.

Its always the guys with hardly any posts that get all offended its funny. I can respect the guys opinions that actually contribute to this site with information and reports unlike you guys that just come on here to argue. I have throw a senko for a few years but honestly don't hardly throw it ever now. A senko is SO simple you toss it and let it sit there so don't tell me its harder to throw than a jig. You want big fish a jig will catch one more times than a senko would plan and simple.

I would put five of these in the live well any day with a Senko. They catch fish fast. Once I have three or four of these then I'll start going for the larger quality fish. With a six hour time frame you don't have a lot of time to try to figure out a pattern. If I'm out pre-fishing or just for fun I'll practice flipping a jig. I still have a lot to learn with flipping and my experience doesn't allow that when I try to compete. Maybe time and practice, like tomorrow when I hit Bantam will change that. It's all about confidence in technique with me.

If I have a less experienced boater with me I'll always take them to a dock and set up a Whack Rig for them. They always catch something.
