Hit the afternoon outgoing tide at Seaside starting just before 12:30pm. High tide for Black Rock was 12:29pm. Winds were a steady 5 to 10 mph southwest making it a bit choppy inside Black Rock.
Areas I worked included the ramp, Fayerweather Island, the jetty, Breezy Point, and Remington all with not a single hit, swirl, or follower no matter what I threw.
Seems like all this cold, windy, rainy weather we've been having has done a big job on the bite many of us had going back in October. |

The water is pretty cold, I don't think those areas you're fishing are going to be very productive for the remainder of the season.
I think you're thinking also of "nyeht", Russian for "no"? |

Niente means "nothing" in Italian, as in "I caught nothing!". |
