just bought a 14' bayliner the previous owner set up with a deck and seat in the bow...where would a nice quiet place be for a shakedown run ( and maybe some fishing) keeping in mind that its all new to me? I mean everything good launch, not to much traffic heck i dont even know how to start it lol

I'm probably going to Winchester Saturday morning but,that place is loaded with stumps.Although,if you master that place WITHOUT HITTING any of them.You'd be in great shape!
What about West Hill?
Easy launch
deep and clear
Traffic shouldn't be that bad.

Piking is starting to heat up as the water cools! Several nice launches on the CT. Just check the DEEP site.
