Would anyone recommend one over the other for this weekend? |

Never been to quaddick but always do well at mash, weekends are tough there though with it being a popular place with all kinds of boaters. |

Quaddick is the same way unless you can get under the bridge with a small boat or yak and fish the lower side, or the extreme upper side for that matter. Gonna be boat traffic no matter what. Mash a paug is a lot easier to get to from central CT, Quaddick is a haul unless you live out East. _________________ Life's Short - Fish Hard - Take a Kid Fishing |

Last year we went out the Twin lakes almost every weekend. And once you slipped under the small bridge between the two lakes, you were pretty isolated from other boat traffic. I think we got a little bit spoiled.
If the fishing is roughly the same, then Mashapaug is definitely quicker to get to. |
