Need some advice, plan on fishing the lake in my backyard tonight(Get out of work at I know a few people go out at night, do you hook lights up to your yak, or do you go in blind?
I was thinking of strapping some battery powered flashligts to my yak...
Thanks for any feedback _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

A headlamp is a good thing to have and I also like to have a good spotlight. I generally run in the dark until I need light to do something. It takes 30 minutes for your night vision to reach its full potential, so lights off is best. If you had boat traffic on your pond, I'd suggest nav lights, but from the photo you posted, I assume you'll be the only one out there. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
