Went out with my sister and her husband today for some carp fishing. The spot we normally fish was pretty low, about 2 ft lower than normal. I was worried we wouldn't get any. But, we did ok. We got 2 good size carp, around 8-10 pounds a piece, fishing for 2 hours+ and landed a couple smallies and a sunfish as well. We did forget a net, and had to wade in the water and wrangle the carp to shore. It was easier than I expected, as they tired out from the brief fight. We waded out, picked them up, unhooked quickly in the grass, and safely returned them to the water. _________________ PB LMB: 4lb 13oz
