Just joined up recently and have been lurking a bit.
I just got back into fishing again this year and have been targeting bass and trout mostly.
I've got a boat, 15' Tri-Hull open bow, that's not quite set up for fishing, but gets the job done. Need to see if I can get a trolling motor on there.
Crystal Lake is the closest to me, so that's where I tend to fish, but I've hit up Mashapaug and Shenipisit (from shore). I'll branch out a bit more next year I'm sure, including a few trips to the LI Sound -- I store the boat down there sometimes.
I'm not catching anything too big yet but I'm sure that's a technique issue -- I'll keep reading up on what you folks do! |
