Some bait shops might sell them but the best thing to do is trap them yourself in a minnow trap. Today when I trapped some I saw HUNDREDS in the water being chased by snappers. I usually only keep the ones atleast 2-2.5 inches because the smaller ones don't really catch. I have a 5 gallon bucket filled with beach water with an air bubbler and HOB filter I keep them in until I bring the ones I need to fish with with me in a smaller container.

Mummichogs and striped killifish are 2 different species. Not to be a ball buster, just tryin to forward some info.

These two are mummichogs. Top is a male, bottom a female.

The top one is a male killifish, the bottom a female

Anyone having luck with fluke from shore lately? I still have a bunch of minnows in my minnow tank I haven't used in a while.
