I have to promote my fitness center whenever I get a chance...
It's good for biz! 
One of our new members here at CTFT and a close friend of mine who helped me a lot with the gym expanding into a whole new section and working the front desk...

where is your fitness center and what is it called?I own a personal training studio in South Windsor.Nice BP i rememeber when i first hit that on the bench...many years ago now!

I own a club in Millerton, NY... Right down the street from Lakeville, CT
Opened up about 2.5 years ago...
