I have found a way to get fish smell off your hands.I am not sure if just any hair conditioner works but ,I have found that washing my hands thoroughly with "Garnier Fructis" hair conditioner eliminates all the fish smell from my hands.
I am 100% serious.
It comes in a green plastic bottle.
I use it everytime i go fishing.
I wash my hands with soap then rub the conditioner into my hands for a good minute or 2 and it eliminates all odor.
My girlfriend hates the fact i use a bottle of her product every few weeks.

LMAO. I can't take this anymore.  Trying to read this post and look at your avatar and thought, OH NO !!!   Spit coffee all over my keyboard.!!  I am sure you are 100% serious but why would you want to take the Fish smell out of your hands ?? Sorry, I am trying to be serious here but can't stop laughing. When I'm fishing , before i rig my baits i always cut some chum and rub my hands through it .

well smelly hands puts a damper on my social life outside of fishing.I will pass on smelling like i just turned a dozen tricks.When i am metting people or out on the town i dont want people to smell me coming.
Yet when it comes to fishing i don`t mind smelling like a fishy slob.
