Are there any public shore fishing access on the Farmington river in the Hartford Windsor areas?

Does anyone know how trout fishing is on the farminton river this time of year also?

Rainbow Res, you can do some shore fishing. I don't do trout fishing but I have talk to guys at the ramp.

There is a hole arounf 40+ feet deep to the left of the ramp about 75 yards to the left.

They say thats were they have been catching them.
