Beautiful calm conditions this late afternoon, calm water it was easy to spot birds and bass and that I did. Chasing them was a bit tough with the kayak so all I did was drift and wait for the bass to come my way. Ended up nailing 5 schoolies on top water, between 20-25" great fight on light tackle. Stratford has been my hot spot but they can pop up anywhere there's bait. Ended up nailing 1 nice blackfish on the way in the harbor and also noticed a lot of adult bunker in Bridgeport harbor but nothing under them. Weather holds up this should last a few more weeks. |

Nice Jose! Great to hear the togs are still biting in the shallow water. Amazing the bunker are still around, more amazing nothing on them! Fall schoolie bite is always a blast, I have yet to hit them this fall
