Went out to Thompsonville to do some night fishing from shore, got the big Skunk.
Initially i thougt i would try to go for some schoolies, started throwing a 9 inch sluggo with no success and then swith to a white bucktail...not even a hit.
Switched then to lighter tackle to target small mouth and threw rooster tails, white spinner, black and blue jig with brush hog, and 5 inch wacky rigged senko... Absolutely nothing.
I really dont like fishing in spring, never have much success _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

I think that you have to go find the fish on the river, unless you throw bait. I'm still not ready to move away from artificials. There's still a lot that I haven't tried, yet. You can bet that I'll have at least one Zara Spook with me the next time that I head out. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
