Least that's the old saying!
This stertch of cold Wx, I belive, is going to slow down the spring bite somewhat.
Water temp. really needs to come up a few notches -> upper 40's would be nice.
Wind though will definitely help with water turnover (re-oxygenating the water) and get fish to hopefully start moving towards the shallows!
From what I've heard and read this winter's fish kill has been worse than average.
Guess we'll have to wait and see how the bite reports start to play out over the next couple of weeks to see how serious it was!
