I fished a small club tourni yesterday in the nasty wind .. i had a tough day out there but managed to get a limit of smallies ,,.. the fish came shallow on tubes and grubs.. didnt see any beds there the water temp was 55 in the am and warmed up to low 57 in the afternoon .. i ended up takeing 2 place for the day but it was tough
Oh i cought my first trout ever on cwood reeling my tube back in it was a stocker fish not the big ones ive always herd about

he had 18 lbs and i had 11 i was doing the same exact thing too he found the good fish thou
scott and rich did bad sun they had only 2 fish and blew out early you fish the 2 day i thought i saw you out there how did you make out ??? _________________ I Eat ,Sleep and Dream about fishing cant get enough |

It's probably because I am getting old BUT I decided because of the wind and what I thought were chilly temps... I would just say what the heck and stay home and watch the RED SOX on NESN. Maybe it will be a little warmer on Saturday; anyway more fish for you younger guys. Joe |
