It is a GREAT book, and mine resides under my drivers seat.
One thing Ive noticed tho... when they give the write up on the fish in each place, it is based on 1 or 2 electro-shocks, several years ago, and they assume the whole lake is like their sample.
So, you will read "stockpiled with small bass".
Yet, you toss a jig/pig into the brush, and catch monsters all day.
Take their reports with a grain of salt, but the rest... GREAT.
There is so much info in that book, you can pack your tackle to meet the conditons before you get there. . . and pick the boat you are gonna bring too! |
