Hit Crystal Lake in Ellington today from 12 to 3:30. Managed to get two trout, one small rainbow and one brown. Also caught two pickerel, which were the first pickerel I have ever caught in my life. Had a lot of small bites and nibbles but only a few takers on the trolling rig. Also heard that an 8 lb salmon was caught on opening day, that guy must have been one happy fisherman.
