Hi!
Took a ride to the Colebrook Res. today.
It is way way down and the iron bridge is exposed!
Futher up stream (which is just a trickle) I got out and wade it.
Loads, and I mean LOADS! of crawdads crawling around.
Ran back to my truck and got my small minnow bucket and started scooping up Crawdads till the bucket was full.
Got home and boiled the whole lot up in Zartarains Crawdad Boil + a little extra cayamen pepper!
Boiled Crawdads, French stick bread, and a bottle of Dos XX amber beer!
Now that's a traditional Louisiana meal that can't be beat 
DAM! I'm a happy man -> quite full and satisfied

Damn, that sounds good! Cajun-style crawdads and Dos Equis Amber. Yum!

Hi Phil!
Yeap! That's why I always tried to get a good Ol' Louisiana Boy as cook aboard my ships.
They do know how to cook!
Only thing is I had to hold them down on, was red beans and rice meals to 4 days a week!  
My Texas and Oklahoma guys use to drive me crazy -> Use to douse ketchup all over their Ribeye Steaks

Hi!
Last nights Crawdads were so good -> I went back today for more!
Had to search a bit longer, but got a full bucket after 2 hours of kicking stones over.
Their cooking now!

| lil secret i do to catch them... I go to where i know there are held up in pools. Go there at night. and they are all up on shore pretty muck. just look for the glowing eyes... |
