Hi,
Went back to Highland Lake again today -> This time from 2 to 5:30 PM.
Same rig -> Same place.!
Caught 26 Crappies this time -> 22 in the 12-14 inch range and 4 that where over 17 inches -> real Slabs !
Just got done filleting yesterdays and todays fish. -> Came to about 4+ pounds
.
Friday night fish fry for sure!
Going to swipe the fillets thru sweet vermouth before battering and breading then frying. (Trick I learned up in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin back in 1976).
Always comes out super tasty !

Hi,
Me and the wife had our fish fry -> Came out great !
Gave the rest of the fresh fillets to an elderly couple 3 houses up from us.
Nice to see the smiles on their faces!
