The second tournament of 2016 at Mansfield Hollow is in the books. Seventeen participants came out and all seemed to have a good time. The wind was strong, but everyone really toughed it out. Lots of species were caught which included Pike, Pickerel, Perch, Crappie, Sunfish and of course bass. 42 Largemouth bass, 22 Pickerel, 7 Perch, 2 Pike, 3 Crappie and three Sunfish.

There was a two way tie for the lunker bass which was 16.75 inches, caught by Robert Meunier and Alan Mason, so they split the pot of $85.00. Under the new format there was a payout for first place which was $150.00 and was split between Paul Kidd and Alan Mason.

It was great to see many first timers and I hope they had fun and return. We missed some of the other members who have come in the past. Carlos Nieves is moving out of state and will be missed, glad we had a chance to meet you, we wish you well with your move and fishing in your new state. Also, Leo it was good to see you as well even if you were a little late.

Phil thanks for the help. Looking for any feedback both good and bad and what you liked, what you would like to see and what we could do different.
