Has anyone been out to the Bulls Bridge TMA/BMA fishing lately? Wanted to go after some river smallmouths for a change and wanted to see how anyones doing if they have been out |

not sure if i know exactly where you are talking about
BUT
on the way toward bulls bridge / kent where they have been working on the road
theres a park where the river runs through.
Last year (we fished late n the year) 3 of us fished there but only caught dink trout _________________

Some of that section is fly fishing only ,right? The fishable sections, live crayfish and 3" twin tail white grubs on a lead head will catch smallies all day! We usually wait until a little later in the year and wade upstream from just above the private school in Kent towards the dam. 2 guys with about 4 hours of time and a bag of white grubs can usually come out with 60-80 smallmouth per trip. Granted not all of them are monsters, it's still a great time with nonstop action. |
