Ive always wondered. Why is the official boga grip sooo expensive. Ive seen them for 150-180$ but why? The one i have right now is 20$ and grips the fish really well. THe only thing is that the scale sucks but i have an eletric scale that i take with me so its like i have both. So anyone know why its so expensive for one? _________________ YouTube Channel: NorthEastFisherman |

Because they invented it. Good ideas are worth something, sometimes. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

The original is also pretty darn accurate compared to the others. _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Original Boga's are very accurate and they are built to last forever even if they see salt water every day!! (There are not too many things that you can say that about!!)
I actually called up Boga one time and asked if they had any kind of warranty because none is talked about in the paperwork that you get with them..... The woman that I spoke with said this to me: "Well if something was ever wrong with one we would certainly take care of it,..but to be honest, I cannot remember anything that has ever gone wrong with any of them other than getting dirty and needing to be cleaned!"
BTW N.E. Fisherman,..that's an impressive list of personal best fish that you've caught,.... great job!! _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."
