Happened to be reading the anglers guide, and saw this advertisement. Any body try them? Seems a little fishy if you ask me. _________________ Yankees Suck!

lures that have a little red light that flash underwater to give the image of a bleeding baitfish. Read your anglers guide you'll see. _________________ Yankees Suck!

I think Mike Iaconneli endorsing a lure that has a "red laser" light. He did a commercial for it on ESPN. |

Ike uses them, and they work. BTW, it wasn't a Laser Lure commercial on ESPN. It was his mini-show called "Fishing on the Edge" on "crashing cranks." He uses the Laser Lure for it because he believes the light adds to the crashing and jerking involved in the technique to produce a reaction strike.
You can view this at http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/tv/news/story?page=g_tv_desc_fishing_on_the_edge. Click on Fishing on the Edge - Episode 1 under the video player. It will air again in HD on ESPN2HD on 5/16 at 9:56AM on ESPN2. There are some pretty sweet techniques discussed in the series. Give it a watch. Comes on right before Bassmasters each week until July and the episodes go up on the internet along with web extras each week.. |

I have a couple of the Chuck Woolery "Moto Lures", I got them as a Christmas gift from my aunt who knows nothing about fishing and lives on the west coast. They just sit on a peg on the peg board in the basement looking pretty! That's all they are good for. _________________ Life's Short - Fish Hard - Take a Kid Fishing |
