Screwing around in my canoe at a local sand pit I was using a small Black Hula Popper and this beast blew up on it:
I have no idea how much he weighs but I measured the oar and it was 21 inches long

That was a scary sleigh ride in the canoe. How much do you guys think he weighs this is the biggest bass of my life so far too!

Great fish! Not sure on the weight, I'm not good at that. I can relate the ride you get when catching a big fish in a small craft though. Caught a 4lbs 10oz fish early in the year in my kayak. Quite the thrill!

I would guess around 5. 5lbs or slightly more. It is hard to tell from a photo though. Regardless that is a nice lunker. Must have been fun as hell to see that thing explode on top. Nice fish man she is a fatty. Laughing

Very nice. I love sleigh rides . . . something I miss now that I fish mostly out of the bass boat.

Most lmb that I have caught around 21 inches are right around 5lbs, plus or minus a half pound. I would just remember that your pb is 21 inches! That is how I remembered my personal bests before keeping a scale in my bag.
