Just picked up the 6' 10" Berkley E-Motion Frog Rod and I'm pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of it. I've only fished it a few times and I'd run this over my St. Croix Mojo Bass any day! Mentally, I've always considered Berkley an entry level fishing gear company, but the E-Motion is definitely top notch.
I snapped my Daiwa Lexa at the kayak tournament last weekend. I was able to return it and I got this new rod for $20 less ($80) that I feel is far superior quality. Really looking forward to hauling some pigs out of the pads with this thing!!
