fished beach pond at finns beach for 6 hours there was about 8" of ice the fishing was very slow jigged up 3 or 4 very small perch and a couple small pickerle on tip ups..took a ride down to the other end of the pond ct. ri. line and saw one guy out there... thinking about trying it there wed.wondering if anyone has fished there... hoping to go to a different place to have better results... _________________ SEE YOU ON THE WATER FISH ON!!! |

well,beach pond can be slow at times but there are some decent largemouths,smallmouths,and wallie there as well but ive never ice fished it. |

Hi Guys!
FYI! Beach also has Atlantic Salmon in it stocked by Ct.
Fish for them as you would trout -> 1 to 10 ft. below the ice.
Small live shiners are your best bet!
