I've heard that Beverleys is now the new boat launch for Bantam lake can anyone tell me if this is true or do you still have to launch up at Point Folly?

You can still launch at the state launch, just ignore the sign that says residents only it is illegal . and you should have no trouble.

As of today, June 9, 2010, the formerly public boat launch is still closed to non-residents:
