|
|
Flippy invited me to fish a secret lake he's been fishing for a while. We fished from 3:30 to 6:30, and it started pouring as soon as we started fishing but the catching never stopped. They were slamming jigs, spinnerbaits, swimbaits, and the drop shop. Flippy's best 5 went for 9 and change and mine went just under 8. This is what the majority of the bigger fish looked like
It was a blast can't wait to get out there again. I've always drove right by this lake because I thought there was never any fish in there I guess I was wrong!
Here's a scenic picture of the lake with a nice background

Hold on here a minute. We have photographic evidence that flippy exists, but pictures can be doctored. How about video evidence just to back this up? Can we get a DNA swab too? How about an affidavit signed by his first neighbors cousin on his mothers side?
Great job guys!!!!! Flippy, how long do they let you fish the lake with the boat for? Is there a closed season on it? Can I be number 77 in line to fish with ya? |

MarkO, thats brutal, I can use my boat anytime during the off season, The GM there is great when it comes to me fishing there, during the summer months I cannot use my boat in the lake, but I can night fish after 11pm,, so I cannot use my boat there 3 months out of the year,, I fish there during my breaks and lunch,, I can catch 10 fish easily in a half hour,, it gets pretty boring,,the fish in there are not big,, but many numbers of 2 and 3lbers,,BlueGill knows the GM so it was easy to get him in,,, I also had taken PECO out there ice fishing,,, to proof to him I can catch bass with a 7ft rod and a drop shot threw the ice, By the way,,, the ballroom in the background IS HAUNTED |

Is there any advantage in using a 7 foot rod ice fishing? |

FUNNY..
Jim has told me many times of this location. BUT NEVE AN INVITE!
I guess I'll just have to drop my kids off and sneak a rod in. _________________ Sleep...Eat...Fish!!!!! Then do it all over again. |

I don't know whether I'd call it an "advantage", Jon, but flippy was like a porn star holding his seven foot rod over an eight inch hole. And, yes, he outfished me and my two foot rod.
Sorry, toptech. . . . _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
